I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Nov 2019
Interview
The process was about 5 weeks long in total. I went up to them during the career fair and got an interview for the next day. After the 1st round of interview, I was scheduled for a 2nd round of interview through the phone with 2 engineering managers. I received an offer about 2 weeks after the interview.
It’s quick and easy. Started after a week of interview and testing. The interviewers are nice too. Good experience for an entry-level job. Happy to do this for my first corporate job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Richardson, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Two video calls, both focusing more on what kind of person I am rather than technical skills. 2nd interview did go more deeply into my resume, was asked to explain my projects in detail and the challenges/successes I experienced with them.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (College Station, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
They asked me a lot of culture questions and a few technical questions about classes I had taken. The culture questions were a lot of asking about times I had messed up and then fixed it, or projects I had done.
