I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Texas Instruments
Interview
online interview due to covid -19 and and pretty straight forward stuff... like having 2 technical interview rounds
The first round was more of a screening round where we were tested on the fundamentals of digital signal processing .
The second round was more technical and went into communications.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
asked basic questions in communication and signal processing
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Bengaluru)
Interview
I was asked questions on Fourier Transforms and Discrete Fourier Transforms. Check whether you have taken up this coursework before. The interviewer wanted you to remember formulas rather than the steps.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Difference between FT and DFT. Given a signal, find IDFT without integrating.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Kharagpur, West Bengal) in Aug 2017
Interview
TI conducted a test in campus through which I got shortlisted. Test consisted of questions from Signals and Systems, DSP and aptitude. One should attempt only those questions we know because negative marking was there.
The technical interview was focused on very basic questions related to signals and systems, specifically Fourier transform, DFT, Sampling and LTI systems.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Given two systems which of the two is LTI systems? What is the FT of a FT?
