They were friendly at the career convention at first and were very welcoming. The follow up on campus interviewer seemed burned out, unhappy with his job and apathetic about new grads looking to start their career. I somehow advanced to a phone interview which you have with two people at once. This gets kind of awkward when people talk over each other and you can't tell who is speaking to who. Feedback after the phone interview couldn't be more minimal, and it took months to hear back from them. The interview process was very dragged out and I got a generic "no thanks" email later.
