Multiple phone interviews with HR & a product engineering manager. Not too bad technically. A few questions about op amps, semiconductors. Was flown out and had 2 onsite interviews with a variety of managers. They asked mainly about my resume & school projects. A few behavioral questions as well. The offer came the Monday after the interview. Which was surprisingly quick.
