[Note: This review is for a first interview, second interview was offered and accepted.] Given that these days the digital job search process is so impersonal, my screening experience alone was enough to warrant sending flowers. I submitted my resume via the Job Center of Wisconsin, and within days received a phone call from The Abbey HR which resulted in a next-day first interview appointment. I was instructed to arrive via the main entrance and ask at the Front Desk for directions to HR. The smiles, warmth and sense of "happy to be here, happy to see you here" did not stop from the moment I walked through the lobby doors as a presumed guest, through my first interview and past my stop at the coffee shop on my way out. I'm fond of saying "You don't get a second chance to make a first impression." I hope the first impression I gave was as wonderful as my first impression of The Abbey.
