The Access Group (UK) interview questions

Very quick and straight forward. From initial application to receiving an offer took just under 3 weeks. Nice variety between the 2 interview rounds where the first was based on questions and the second being a role play discovery meeting.

I had really poor and disappointing experience of a company i had been quite fond of previously. Initially, I did two interviews, with the second interview a 20 minute presentation. On that second interview, I was told I'd find out in a week - 2 weeks. 2 weeks went past with no response so I followed up, was told that they decided to interview some more people and would have to wait another two weeks. Another two weeks went past with no response, so again I followed up. This time being told that the team lead was off previously so I would have to do a third interview, a month after the original. I was then told I would find out in a week, again no response so a third 3rd deadline missed. Due to internal issues, I would have to wait even longer to see if they could put me in another team. A month passes, no response from the interal talent acquisition team, before saying I would have to start the WHOLE 2 month interview process again. Days off work taken, multiple interviews, presentations, weeks gone by with no response to emails despite read receipts being on. Never have I had my time disrespected like this, very disappointed.
