Interview
The interview process was fairly simple and I was hired on the spot. It is a good starting job for a mid-to-late-aged teenager. I was originally hired as a Team Member but when I showed leadership and consistency in my job, I was promoted to Shift Lead.

They ask very basic questions such as how you are with people and customer service and how you would go about handling a bad experience.
