I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Berry Company (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2013
Interview
Straight forward - 3 levels of interviews with telephone recuiter, a couple managers, and a final (where the offer was made) with the district manager. Each level required specific stories as evidence of results, and also required a role play element
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All their questions are situationally based -- "tell me about a time you"
I applied online. I interviewed at The Berry Company (Honolulu, HI) in Apr 2014
Interview
Lengthy and boring. First over the phone for a screen then another phone call to set up either another phone call or an in person. It's almost like they don't want you to come to the office. Then they make you wait as you talk to 2 or three different people.

Question 1
Dated. All scenario based and not realistic with today's world. Every person that interviews you asks you the same questions just formatted differently. It's like they don't even talk to each other or they are practicing their interviewing skills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Berry Company in Nov 2008
Interview
The process was organized. First there was contact and phone interview through the recruiter. The next step was a one on one interview with skills test. After a period of time there were two additional one on one interviews along with a very candid explanation of the job and expectations. There was also the opportunity to experience the actual work enviroment.
