The Big Life group interview questions

Two-phase process. Initial video interview with 3 managers, standard interview questions for PM roles. Second phase in person with 2 managers, one of whom was in the first interview. Predominantly conversational questions, no tasks/exercises involved.

Unorganised throughout - the date was provided in the original email and I needed to call for this. When arriving the interview started 40 minutes late, waiting in the staff lunch room while everyone was eating was also awkward.
