Interview
I applied through the San Mateo County Libraries website. They then reached out to me saying I was selected to sign-up for an interview. The interview was one on one and lasted approximately 10 minutes.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Big Lift (Sydney) in Oct 2014
Interview
Elected in the AGM through member votes. This process was mostly down to popularity and the votes were counted away from us with no way to verify who gets chosen. Furthermore there was often talking in the background while we were presenting which was off putting. Once this was completed some were announced on the day while others (crew) we were informed would be notified later on. There was food during this process so it was quite casual and not super stressful except when they were counting the votes.
