How you look seems to be very important in the interview. It is important to be wearing Buckle brand clothes or at least something very similar. Experience isn't really required, they are more concerned with the hours you are willing to work and what you would do in certain hypothetical situations. They also go over a brief history of the company.

What is the most important things in helping a guest in the store?
On the sales floor with a manager. It was pretty casual. It was the store manager and then another one with her. Pretty standard interview questions where they ask about previous work experience, school, and availability. The interview took about 15 minutes.
