The Cheviot Trust interview questions

Wouldn't describe as an interview, more of a general chit chat. Spoke a lot about the company's past, current issues facing them and where they see the company's future. When I did get to talk about my professional experience and suitability for the role, not many questions were asked and didn't seem very interested due to lack of dialogue.
