It was a behavior based interview. They asked why I wanted to work for the company. They then asked me to tell them about myself. They then proceeded with four behavioral interview questions which were correlated with the values of the company. Afterwards they asked me to rundown m resume to make sure they got everything from my resume. They then concluded the interview.

Online Interview over Microsoft Teams with 2 recruiters. They joined the meeting ~5 minutes late but let me run over about 5 minutes to compensate. Questions were mostly behavioral with relatively little follow-up questions based on responses.

Interview
I spoke with a recruiter and had an interview the next week. The interviewer was polite but seemed relatively disinterested. Questions were pretty standard.
I was supposed to hear back in two weeks, but they ghosted me. It was very disrespectful. I don't appreciate their claim that they value people when they can't be bothered to send a rejection email.
