Phone interview with Sr. Recruiter, very straightforward. A week later I was scheduled 4 hour video interview (50mins per person 1:1). Combinations of situational/work history questions. After my last interview I was told the Recruiter would follow up with me in or week or so to let me know either about the position. Its over a month now and no response.
Clorox claims they value their people but their company is very poor at communication, regardless if your moving forward in the hiring process or not. Out of respect its good to know either way. I followed up with the recruiter and still no response.

The candidates do a panel interview with everyone at once rather than meet anyone one on one, ideal for candidates who are extroverts and smooth talkers. The process is setup to save them time, the company, but doesn’t feel very caring to candidates. You do a lot of work for them in the case study with little people interaction.
