Got a call from recruiter to first do a phone screening. Then I got an email to schedule online interview. Did the online interview then had an interview person meeting with hiring manager

Interview
Interview started was a short 15-minute phone call from a recruiter, followed by a panel interview with three employees. Panel interview was behavioral with questions mainly about leadership. I didn't get the job, but everyone was really nice.
The second and final round interview was a video panel with three interviewers. It began with a walk-through of my resume, followed by behavioral questions focused on customer resolution, sales, and collaboration. The interview lasted about 35-45 minutes.
