the phone interview went through your resume and all behaviour questions. the interviewer was nice and tried to know what your did in your previous job exactly.

Interview
I got called by HR two weeks after I applied off my career website saying that someone handed her my resume. She asked me a few questions regarding my current job and some background/experience questions. She asked me immediately to schedule a time to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by the VP of Finance for an hour. It consisted of a significant amount of behavioral questions. They called the next day and extended an offer.
