Started with phone interview, then one interview on campus, and a second in Detroit. The first interview required a sales pitch based on a provided scenario. The second interview required a sales pitch explaining why you would make a good hire for Coca-Cola.

They ask questions and are looking for STAR. They also give a senario and ask give 10 minutes to prepare for a sales pitch.

Interview
Two part interview process. The first was standard inteviewing with role-play, second was the same with another role-play. Both of the interview processes used a group panel with various management levels (direct supervisors to senior management).
