      Director of Marketing Interview

      Sep 25, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015

      Interview

The interview was totally off script - no formal interview questions were asked. The hiring manager was on his phone the whole time; never took one note. Very disappointing, especially for a Sr. level VP.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company

      Interview

The first round interview with the recruiter was very unprofessional. They were 10 minutes late to the call, they didn't apologize and jumped right into the typical canned questions. At least inform the talent you are running behind or own up to the fact that you were late. When I was asked if I had questions I had an opportunity to ask one before the recruiter cut me off and said thank you for your time we will get back to you. Truly unprofessional especially for a leadership role. You can do better Coca Cola!
