Fast as they judge by looks and are racist. Of you check around other stores it is all white people working , so when someone of Color does am interview which is rare they will not get the job . All they do is check your looks, so please don't act weird and dress nice otherwise you won't get it. Also if you are older age 40 plus is better as you will definitely get the job

They ask you about yourself. They are different! If you are different then this is the place for you! I would never work in any other retail part-time position. The management works with your schedule and really wants you to grown and learn. They are amazing!
