Interview
I had an interview with the House Manager and the Milieu Manager. After they offered me the job, I had to get background checks done, a TB test, submit evidence of car insurance, and get a copy of my driving record. It took awhile to get everything together, but it was understandable due to the nature of the work and the client population.
