Went through 4 interview rounds that lasted for more than a month. At the last interview, was asked to meet their founder, the date was scheduled but not the specific time. Later, when I asked for the time, they ghosted me.
Step 1) An online application with CV and cover letter.
Step 2) An interview with 5 others candidates and a case study.
Step 3) An interview with a case study in front of 4 members of the team.
The step 2 was the most surprising and intimidating but was finally a nice experience : getting to see other people and how they work on an interesting topic (community engagement).

It was more of a conversation , and some questions were asked about the specific project we were suppose to work on. Jeff was really nice, and i initially had to postpone my interview because i had a cold, and they were very accommodating.
