One in-person interview with the producer and senior producer and received an email the same day saying i got the internship. It took only about two weeks from setting up the date to getting the interview.

Interview
The interview was a very brief and casual process. I met with one of the HR people at the time (by the time I started working there he had already moved on to another company). He asked a few basic questions about my interest in music and writing. The whole process took less than half an hour. It felt like talking to a friend.
