I received a call from HR up in Chicago. She just asked me about my experience, what I like to do for fun, pretty generic questions. She then wanted me to interview in person.
When I interviewed in person is when things got a little weird. You have to interview with a lot of other people. My email said to come in at 1PM but everyone else was told to come in at 1:30PM so I had to wait for the process to start. While I was waiting I overheard a lady conducting the interview make fun of me for being there early, so that was cool.
Once it started, a trainer went over a powerpoint about the company and the program. They introduced a guy who I believe runs that branch. He talked a bit more about the company, how it grew and how it very VA focused. He talked about how there's no cap on bonuses and how his employees drive luxury cars??? (it was v odd)
They take you one by one into a office and you interview with a couple of the workers. Very generic questions, trying to get to know you. They just want you to talk about yourself and your experience. I didn't make it past the first round which honestly, I fine with.
**I really recommend you look up the company and the owner Steve Calk
