The Few Institute interview questions

Stood me up for a phone interview, eventually got back to me without an apology and sounded uninterested the entire phone call. Also admitted to mixing up my resume with someone else’s while talking to me. My impression of this company is completely unorganized. When I asked about on the job training to become familiar with the services they offer she replied “No training, you have to hit the ground running.” Red flags left and right. They also emphasized how much they want this Aesthetician to have a social media presence. ....How about hiring a social media coordinator so that an aesthetician is focused on safe practices and quality services?
