Interview
Was contacted via Indeed email by T.R. I chose a time minutes after receiving an email with suitable time to confirm an interview. I did not hear back for hours and was then told that time was not available. I then chose another time and was told that that time was not one of the potential times. (mabe I made a mistake and did not see it right) Without know what times were available (the problem with not using a online calendar) I mentioned that I was available all afternoon one day and the entire next day. I received a rude not that she was moving on with other candidates. Unbelievable could not pick up the phone and call me. Would not leave a real email address or a phone number to be reached at. Terrible candidate experience. Bias and totally rude.

Interview
My initial interview was setup on 10/4 for 10/6, then it got cancelled on 10/6 . On 10/9, I received a text message (2 hour notice) to come in for an interview. I was unable to make it. On 10/ 11, I was given a 4 hour notice for an interview. Later that day I showed up for the interview and the interviewer was cold and uninterested. Overall, the interview and process was too terrible not to write about. It was unorganized, unprofessional and a waste of time. Throughout the process, I kept thinking how do they get people to come in for this interview if they never schedule an interview?! My mind is blown at the unrealistic expectation of having someone come in at a moments notice and it shows a complete lack of respect for anyone else's time.
