I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Fold (London) in Apr 2023
Interview
Two interviews and a task. Normally an interview task is given out to a few people at the final stage. This wasn’t the case here and I was furious to find out that after working on a multipart task all weekend, they had asked many candidates to do it. Not only that, they didn’t employ anyone after as I got contacted again months later. Major red flags, I got the feeling they were just after a bunch of ideas for free and clearly had no respect for candidates time. Pretty sure I’d of been ghosted too, if it wasn’t for my continuous chasing up for feedback (which was incredibly no specific)
