An opportunity for management who didn’t quite cut it in a more prestigious field of law, to bully and berate young people starting out their careers. They attempt to mimic techniques used in magic/silver circle city law firms, that are known to be highly successful when screening candidates. Unfortunately - not only is this highly embarrassing when you’re sat interviewing on a single floor of a run down 3 story office block, on the outskirts of London - but these people haven’t quite grasped the difference between a professional grilling and a highly inappropriate inquisition. Some employees where questioned on information found about them online by the managing director, including; the death of family members, rape, and other traumatic experiences which have no relevance to an interview for an office job.
