Was called for an interview the day after completing the weird application, where all questions related to drug use and stealing. As if I'm really going to tell Giant how much crack I smoke while I'm at work. When I went in for the interview, I was directed into a pile of 90 other applicants there for interviews that day as well. Apparently they were having a mass hiring event and would most likely have to wait an hour to have my turn to be interview. Walked out.

Behavioral interview to gauge personality and compatibility. Just be yourself and have a positive attitude to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with co-workers effectively and provide assistance to customers and improve their shopping experience.

What is your weekly availability? Do you have flexibility with your work schedule?
Straight forward and simple. Typical 10-15 minute interview. Mostly looking for someone reliable who will show up on time. Not much experience required at all. Was hired the next day via phone call.

It was over in 30 minutes. It was a pretty easy experience. And it was pretty laid back. I felt relaxed which was great for my anxiety, and didn’t feel all that pressured
