Interview
The recruitment process at the Good Lobby was far from efficient. It took them over a month to respond after I completed a nearly four-hour exam. This prolonged silence was not only anxiety-inducing but also quite disrespectful of candidates' time and the effort put into the application. A more prompt follow-up, even if just to provide a rough timeline, would have been greatly appreciated.
The exam itself lasted 3.5 hours. While I understand the necessity of assessing a candidate's skills and competencies thoroughly, the length and intensity of the exam felt excessive. A more concise and focused assessment could likely yield the same insights into a candidate's abilities without being so draining (Especially considering that candidates have already gone through a first filter before getting to the exam).
