The Groove Train interview questions

I handed in my resume to the manager who set up a trial shift (3hrs) for the Saturday night and within a few days I was called and told I had the job and to come in to check the roster for when I would be working next.

Casual but thorough interview which also required a job trial. The job trial was conducted within a timely manner and required demonstration of skills and people management. There was an emphasis on prior job history and presentation as well as ability to work within a fast paced restaurant environment.
