The Growth Foundation interview questions

Took a few weeks to follow up after I'd applied. Was scheduled in for an interview quite quickly with the CCO. He was absolutely lovely and asked me great questions. I was then asked to do a task (with a few days' turnaround). The task was quite involved and took me almost 7 hours to do it well. I was then given next to no feedback, and told I hadn't made it to the next round. It was quite disappointing to not get proper feedback as I'd spent a really long time on the task.
