Very intense interview process - had an initial call with the recruiter that I was able to choose a time/date for in Calendly, and then told the recruiter what week days were good for a potential interview.
A day or two later I found that I was scheduled for not one, but three interviews on a chosen weekday - 45 mins each, and not in succession. Luckily I was sent the invite a few days in advance so I was able to take the day off work.
Interviews went extremely well and I thought I'd advance to the next round. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I felt I had great chemistry with the panel.
My experience (20+ years in P&C Insurance) was incredibly relevant, down to very specific legacy system knowledge that I had. Surprisingly, I was not chosen to advance to a second set of interviews, and to be honest it was quite shocking. The recruiter / hiring manager did not provide feedback to me as I had requested.
Good experience, but extremely odd to me that I wasn't chosen to advance considering my background and experience.
