    Interview

This was an internal interview since I work in a different department. Interview schedule provided, HR lady seemed nice. Until she never responded to any of us interviewees about the position. I know i didn't get the job but I still email her asking because she just ghosted us. Absolutely awful process. Get better talent for internal representation.

Very casual, yet there were many rounds. There were total 4 interviews, which 2 were over the phone. The first was a typical 1 on 1 personality screening. the later ones were with people related to your field. Phone screening interview, followed by 5 in-person interviews. The recruiters and managers were very kind and made sure to learn about you as a person, before asking any technical questions. Very refreshing to not just be another number!

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at The Hanover Insurance Group.

    Interview

I interviewed with Hanover for an internship. Application itself was long and time consuming. I received a phone interview where they asked basic questions dealing with school, experience and if I would be willing to relocate. They came onto campus for my second round interview and I met with two people from HR. One of the best interviews I have been on, they were really personable and gave you a great idea of the company. Final round interview was at The Hanover. Sat in an interview suite and met with 5 people from my potential department. The interviews all took place over two and a half hours. Met everyone from directors to the the vice president of the department. Received a call about two weeks later and got offered the internship position.
