This interview process was about as poor as it can get. I initially applied online and the recruiter reached out to me a few days later to schedule a phone interview. When the interview time came around, I never received a call (which should have been a red flag already), so I emailed the recruiter asking if she needed to reschedule. In response I get one of those auto-reply emails saying she is out on vacation the next 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks, I get a typical "we are no longer considering you" email, when they are the ones who contacted me about a phone interview and then never even called. What a waste of time. To top it off, when I emailed back asking for feedback from the recruiter, she never responded. Very unprofessional all around.
