Got approached by in-house recruiter via LinkedIn. Entire interview duration is so draggy. Pre screening interview with HR itself is 3 rounds with 3 different person. Only then panel interview with hiring manager, followed by regional director and final 2 rounds with head or HR. Its so frustrating to just get by the interview process, not efficient. Different iInformation from 3 different HR personnel e.g. direct reports
