I am a student at the University of Florida. I attended Career Showcase and spoke with a gentleman from Hershey. I expressed my interest to work at Hershey and asked what I ought to do to obtain an internship opportunity with Hershey. He scheduled me for an interview and we met in the next few days. The interview process was completely fair. It wasn't tense, but it was still serious. We talked about my interest in the position and the company, how I felt I would connect with the Hershey company, how I would respond in several situations, and lastly I was given the floor to ask them any questions I desired to ask about their jobs at Hershey.
