The Inn at Pocono Manor interview questions

Very relaxed conversation with the DOS and GM. I found them both to be very honest and I left the interview feeling good about the interaction. All in all I spoke with the DOS for an hour, during which time she was forthright about the culture and personalities in the department in which I would be working. As I became familiar with all of the people involved her comments played out to be very accurate. Immediately following my conversation with her I was introduced to the GM, with whom I had a very pleasant conversation for about 90 minutes. I received a positive phone call on my way home from the interview and an offer the following day.
