Interview

First round interview was general questions followed by a case study to be completed and a second round interview. All staff were very nice and tried to make me feel comfortable rather than trying to intimidate me.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Investment Association (Brussels)

Interview

The process involved couple of online interviews and a written test on a recent policy development. Communication was done by third party (headhunter). The interview process included the team leader and HR representative.
