Super simple. Went in and met with two people- they asked me questions but it was also an easy conversation. After they took me around the office and introduced me to people that I would work with. They also had newer people talk to me about their experience.
The interview process was relatively quick and also relatively simple. It was only one interview before I received an offer and the interviewers were engaged and asked great questions. They were friendly and I was sure to follow up with them afterwards (recommended to do this). They offered me a position within a week.
Phone screen plus one in person - very basic, not difficult questioning - more or less getting to know your interests and why you want to work there. Reviewed hours and level of commitment. Some basic background questions. Nothing too difficult
I applied online. I interviewed at The Judge Group (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Received an email from a recruiter regarding an application I had submitted through Linkedin. During the phone screen, she told me the start date was a week from Monday and that she'd be able to expidite the interview process. All she had to do was get me scheduled.
I always only take what recruiters say with a grain of salt so thankfully I didn't get too excited about the position. I reached out to her a few days later and she said she was still waiting to hear back. After that, nothing ever came and the date she claimed I could've have started on passed.
Very unprofessional.
