The first round was a one-way interview, meaning they shared the questions with me and I had a week to record my responses through an online platform. Each response had to be 3-minutes or less (for a few of the questions that time limit was challenging) and I could record myself responding to each question 3 times and choose the best response.
The second round was a half-hour long Zoom interview.
That's unfortunately as far as I made it through the process, but they said the next step would have been a job task simulation (and they pay applicants for the time they take to complete this task) followed by two additional interviews.
I'm disappointed I didn't get the position, but I thought the process was thoughtfully designed and the people I interviewed with seemed great.
