The Kinetix Group interview questions

Interview process took a while- spanned maybe a whole month. Went through 3 rounds of interviews with the last one consisting of 4 different interviews. Everyone was super nice and the questions were more personality-based with the occasional technical questions (ie familiarity with healthcare landscape) I thought the interview accurately reflected the type of work I was eventually going to be involved with + general vibes of the company itself!

They were very slow in getting back to me and disorganized, which is frustrating when you're balancing multiple job interview processes at once and need to make a decision. I would be told on a Friday to expect another interview on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week and would hear nothing until I followed up. Then I would be asked for my availability for later in the week, which I would provide, then not hear back. I was holding space in my calendar for them, but felt like they had little respect for my time. The interviewers didn't seem to have a concept of the actual interview process and had no answer when I asked what to expect of next steps. It was up to me to follow up with HR. They came across as very disorganized. Disappointing because it seems like a great company otherwise, but it was a very poor impression. Came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. I had about 5 or 6 interviews with them to then not get an offer, which would be fine if the whole process had been smooth, but it felt like they massively wasted my time.
