I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Larder House (Bournemouth, England) in May 2022

Interview

They make you do a long 'trial shift' of almost 5 hours, then at the very end say that you won't get any money even though you have worked so hard and even offered to stay longer to help with other chores. Avoid this restaurant. You will be treated with far more respect in most others.
