The Lilith Fund interview questions

Hiring manager put phone interview date wrong in calendar, called me 3 days early and still expected me to do the phone interview. Asked me questions like “why are people poor” on the spot. Then at the end told me other people were further along in the process. Felt very dismissive and disrespectful.
