The McConnell Group interview questions

I applied online, was contacted by someone in HR to have a phone interview with the COO/Co-Owner. I was in another time zone but had the time confirmed with the recruiter. Her call was 45 min late, which was inconvenient to me since I was at my job and couldn't take calls at any time. The interview with both her and the potential manager dragged on, and I didn't feel like my time was respected given I was currently taking a break at work to speak with them. I was contacted for references by the recruiter after that, but never heard anything further.
