The Mobile Wallet interview questions

Interview process is too bad. first they don't value the candidates time & make the candidate wait for more then 1 to 2 hours. they take 3 to 4 rounds of interview which is like 3 to 4 hours each like they are hiring for Nasa. for example if you have experience still they will ask you to give written test which is not relevant to the roll you have come for. 1st round will be taken by junior who will be having less experience then you & reject your profile because he is not capable enough to understand what to ask you coz he him self don't know much

It took whole day to process the interview. HR comes first then senior then super senior and then VP comes to take interview. Quite lengthy process. They also asked the details of the live project I was working in the previous organisation.
