Interview
There were two stages to the interview - one on zoom and one in person with two people. The interviewers were friendly and warm and the experience was pleasant. They asked about why I wanted to work for the modern house, experience I had relating to customer service and project management and a couple of scenario based questions e.g. 'what would you do if a buyer wanted to pull out after a sale had been agreed'.

Interview
When I visited at the scheduled time for the interview, no one showed me around and the staff was invisible. I found the staff and told them I was here for the interview, but they told me to wait and didn't make room for me, so I had to stand and wait for more than 20 minutes. The interview ended very briefly
