I met the recruiters at my school career fair and after speaking to them they gave me a call to scheduled a interview for the next day. The interview was held by a HR person and a mechanical engineering. The HR person ask more personal question such as my volunteer experience and the engineer asked about my experience working in research and how it applied to industry.
