The N2 Company Interview Questions

Simple but challenging. My interviewer was tough but fair, they are looking for certain personality traits If you are a self-starter, go for it , hard work will lay off and you will find yourself making more Kinsey than you could’ve imagined.

I was offered the position of Digital Assets Manager after an initial interview with the HR Recruiter, and a second interview with Digital Marketing Ops Manager and Director of Ops. After receiving my offer letter, I requested a nominal salary increase (for several reasons which were researched and explained) assuming to enter into a typical salary negotiation. The response I received was honestly shocking - especially considering the high ratings for this company. The recruiter responded, informing me that my application had been withdrawn and I was no longer eligible for the position. Despite my disappointment, I responded stating that I hope they find a candidate that best fits their team’s needs and wished them luck. No response, other than being notified a few weeks later (after they reposted the position) that the position had been filled. If you decide to interview for a position with this company, be sure the salary posted (which is well below average) is one you are comfortable with; apparently, there is no room for negotiation. I certainly feel that I dodged a bullet and I hope this review warns others to not fall prey to the facade of another company with a “great culture” at the literal cost of seeking the cheapest labor.

Employer reached out via email and the interview was virtual. The interview mainly consisted on explaining the role and what the company does to create leads. In reality the role is some type of franchise that you build in your area by providing ads for a local magazine. Good for supplemental income or someone who just graduated.

Phone interview with employee went very well. The interviewer was very kind and did an excellent job describing the role of the position. I was asked for a follow-up interview.

2 phone interviews and 1 zoom call First interview was to see if I was qualified for the position. The 2nd interview was to answer any questions I had about the company and explain how the financial side works

There were two interviews: the first with a company recruiter, and the second with the creative director. They made me feel relaxed and were easy to talk to. It did not feel like an interview, very laid back.

The recruiter explained how this pyramid scheme worked. It's funny because I hadn't done extensive research on the company beforehand but it was readily apparent just talking with them for 5 minutes. When I poked holes in it they said I wasn't a good fit for the job.

Initially was invited to a cultural fit with a human resources member which was followed by two interviews with team and management afterwards. Overall a fairly standard and relaxed process.
