Interview
From the time of application to accepted offer, I had a written screen, panel interview, and final interview with the director. Communication was smooth and the process took two months.

Applied online with resume and cover letter, had an initial phone screen, did a writing task - was later rejected without response for feedback. The task was lengthy so it was disappointing to not receive feedback as it is somewhere I would be interested in working in the future
