Direct cold recruiting process. No small talk involve, which I think is a bit odd. Once they picked you cv, there would be a junior HR staff called you via phone. Through the phone call, they are not interested in “ who you are”, “ what your passion” these basic information, but more focus on what have you done in your previous jobs, which have already stated clearly on your cv. Later on, if they think you will fit in the tram, they will invite you for interview. Good luck!
